Our Principals

      Johnson H. Spratt, our President, moved to Panama from the U.S. in 1987, and has lived and worked here for over two decades.  Completely bilingual, Mr. Spratt has extensive, successful business experience in the U.S., Panama and the Middle East.  He has built, owned and managed successful companies in the areas of construction, property development, environmental remediation, technology, telecommunications, industrial maintenance, and other fields.

     Mr. Spratt has ample, practical experience in the organization, set up, management, and administration of essential business practices in Panama, such as: accounting/finance, operations, production, sales/marketing, legal, customer service, etc.  His experience and know how in Panama provides insightful and practical advisory and consulting services to his clients.  Mr. Spratt is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Panama (PanAmCham), and the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (APEDE).

      Victoria M. Garibaldo, our principal attorney, has over twenty years' experience practicing commercial and maritime law in Panama.  In addition to graduating first in her class in law school, she has won a number of cases in the Panamanian Supreme Court.  She also served as Panama's Director of Maritime Affairs. 

     Her primary areas of law practice are: corporate and business, foundations, ship registration, immigration, real estate transactions, and product and trademark registration.  She is an active member of the Panamanian Bar Association.
